The Centrum-Hotele company administers more than 40% of hotel beds in categorised facilities in the Łódź Voivodeship. Categorisation was carried out in 2009-2010. The facilities are situated in attractive places, in the exact centre of the city. Currently, our company owns two hotel restaurants and is preparing for further investments in this area. Since July 2008, the date of commercialisation, the strategy of diversification of income sources has been implemented. The scope of the services offered is being constantly widened as well. As the company owns facilities which are significant for the city development, it should expand its activity by close cooperation with MTŁ - Lodz International Fair, the Władysław Reymont Airport and the Atlas Arena.
